Points are deducted based on the video duration and features used. Generally, generating 1 second of video consumes 10 points. Detailed point usage is displayed before you generate a video so you always know the cost.

Monthly points reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, if you purchase "Pay-as-you-go" point packs, those typically do not expire as long as your account is active.

No, the free points are a one-time welcome gift to help you test our features. To continue creating videos after using your free points, you will need to upgrade to a subscription plan.

The Free Plan allows you to explore our platform's core capabilities. You can generate videos with a watermark and access basic avatars. It’s perfect for testing the waters before subscribing.

Yes! If you are subscribed to any of our paid plans (Basic, Pro), you own the commercial rights to the videos you create. Videos created on the Free Plan are for personal use or testing only and contain watermarks.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Since we process payments securely via PayPal, you can cancel directly in your PayPal account (Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments). Alternatively, you can email [email protected] and we will handle it for you. Your premium benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds are available under certain conditions. Subscriptions: • Full refund within 7 days if no Points or features have been used • Partial refund if some Points are used (based on the unused portion) • No refunds after 7 days One-time purchases: • Full refund within 48 hours if unused System issues (e.g. duplicate charges or missing Points): • Refunds are supported after verification Refunds are not available for personal reasons or forgotten usage. Please submit refund requests via [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days.

Currently, we do not support direct switching between plans. Please cancel your current subscription first (via PayPal) to stop future billing. Once canceled, you can subscribe to the new plan you desire on our pricing page.
